Privacy Policy

Central Solutions Ltd. (trading as 20FIFTY Partners) (“we”, “us”, “our”) has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.  Throughout this policy, we will refer to users as “you” and “your.”

This Privacy Policy applies in addition to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Skillnet Ireland Trainee Privacy Statement found in the Skillnet Ireland Trainee Privacy Statement at: https://www.skillnetireland.ie/privacy-policy#trainee-privacy-statement (“Skillnet Policy”). We process your personal data in accordance with the Skillnet Policy and we rely on it to provide you with certain information about our processing of your personal data, such as that we rely on the legal basis of necessary legitimate interests to process your personal data. Further details on this, and other matters relating to our processing of your personal data, can be found in the Skillnet Policy.

The personal data you provide is invaluable to our continued efforts to provide a wide range of relevant and desirable training programmes, to communicate with you, and to enable us to operate effectively.

As part of your participation in our training programmes, we may share your personal data with our delivery partners. These are third-party organisations engaged to support programme delivery, administration and evaluation including industry bodies, training facilitators, evaluators, funding bodies and programme coordinators.  Your personal data may be shared with these delivery partners for the purposes of assessing your employers’ eligibility to participate in our programmes, evaluating programme outcomes, monitoring  progress and facilitating follow-up activities related to the programme, related programmes, initiatives and associated events.

Uisce Éireann Water Steward Programmes only: Your personal data may be shared with Uisce Éireann, to assess the eligibility of your employer to receive Certified Water Steward Programme Financial Support. Your data may also be shared with Uisce Éireann for the purposes of progress monitoring and follow-up on related programmes, initiatives and events.

Origin Green Academy only: Your personal data may be shared with Bord Bia/Origin Green to assess the eligibility of your employer to participate in Origin Green Academy Programmes. Your data may also be shared with Bord Bia/Origin Green for the purposes of programme delivery, progress monitoring and follow-up on related programmes, initiatives and events.

In addition to those uses set out in the Skillnet Policy, we use your personal data for the following purposes:

1) Developing and Delivering Programmes we manage such as the Sustainable Enterprise Skillnet training programmes, Water Stewardship Ireland Community of Practice, 20FIFTY Sustainability Community of Practice and the Skillnet Climate Ready Academy.

2) Monitoring of training programmes and funded programmes. For example, Skillnet Ireland is required by the DFHERIS to perform compliance reviews, evaluations of the training programmes, quality assurance and to verify attendance at training. You may be contacted by third parties, contracted by Skillnet Ireland and other funding bodies to perform monitoring and evaluation activities for these specific purposes only.

3) For the purposes of providing aggregated statistical information to funding bodies such as Skillnet Ireland, DFHERIS to help inform national policy in relation to skills.

4) For the purposes of notifying you of upcoming training programmes, events and other relevant information in line with your opt-in preferences.

5) For the purpose of aggregating and anonymising personal data so that it is no longer personal data.
