We work with governments, agencies, and organisations to design and deliver innovative programmes that build collective skills for tackling climate change. These include technical skills development in areas such as emissions reduction, water stewardship, biodiversity, circularity, and pollution prevention. Supported also by transversal skills in leadership, risk management and collaboration.

Design.

We start with our partners challenges and work with them to devise programme concepts of scale and impact to meet their needs.

Our expertise in learning and development plays a critical part, linking in policy, evidence base capture and business planning for innovative programme design.

Over more than twenty years we have designed and developed many category-defining sustainability, lean, digital, management and leadership programmes internationally. Supporting the twin transition, we prioritise digital technologies to support sustainability goals.

Build.

We develop agile support programmes that enhance enterprise capabilities, build resilience and can provide certification and accreditation for participants. We explore co-funding potential with other partner agencies.

With deep expertise across research, programme development and training delivery, we are unique in our capability to build evidence-based training on learning platforms that deliver best practice services and supports to our client base.

Operate.

We have both extensive technical sustainability expertise but also unique expertise in the design and delivery of enterprise support programmes at scale. We address emissions reduction, water stewardship, biodiversity, waste & circularity, resilience planning. We support in cross cutting rapidly evolving domains such as reporting, certification schemes, funding, community engagement, sectoral research and communications.

Our expertise extends well beyond training delivery to encompass skills research, learning toolkits, communications collateral, certification schemes and communities of practice as a full managed service provider. We have worked with over 1,000 businesses over the past few years on these multi-million-euro projects, with over 3,000 employees having completed one of our programmes. These include company-wide training schemes, leadership programmes and practical pathways programmes for operational teams.
