Using an evidence-based approach, we integrate national sustainability policy, corporate strategy and industrial site operations requirements to solve sustainability and enterprise resilience challenges. We work with international funders, global research consortiums and industry partners to understand the competencies required for success in a sustainable economy.

As an independent partner we combine a strong interdisciplinary approach with a multi-functional team of experts providing a holistic approach to addressing complex environmental and sustainability issues.

Our goal is to deliver widespread scalability, replicability and impact by developing the practical roadmaps, tools, supports and frameworks that support climate transition.

Global demand for green skills is rising as the sustainability landscape evolves. Our research team works with policymakers, national agencies and industry to identify the technical and transversal skills needed. We then develop the frameworks, roadmaps and training interventions needed to meet the green skills gap.

The Skills Wheel is informed by established frameworks such as ESCO and GreenComp and has been adapted to reflect the needs of Irish enterprise. It provides a practical, cross-referenced skill map to support organisations in aligning skills development with sustainability strategy and implementation.
